PREACHING CHRIST CRUCIFIED
We exist to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. Our desire is to worship God in an acceptable way, which is instituted by Him in the Holy Scriptures. Therefore, our corporate worship contains only the commands God has given us in His Word, which are: reading the Scriptures, preaching and hearing the Word of God, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in our hearts to the Lord, as well as the administration of baptism and the Lord’s supper.
We are committed to the inspiration, inerrancy and sufficiency of the Scripture, the doctrines of grace, and Christ exalting preaching. Our church exists as a testimony to the glorious grace of Christ in building His church for His glory.
We are committed to preaching the whole counsel of God for the glory of God, the salvation of sinners, and the edification of the saints. We regulate our worship according to God’s word and seek, by His grace, to obey the practical exhortations directed to believers and churches in the Scriptures.We are committed to hold firmly to the glorious doctrines of grace as laid out clearly in Scripture. It is in this way that God saves sinners by His sovereign grace which results in Jesus Christ receiving all the glory for their being saved.
